Welcome
This isn’t a space that asks you to be okay.
This is a space that meets you where you are. Bring your stories. The messy, sacred, complicated ones. We’ll listen. We’ll move gently. And when you’re ready, we’ll begin to untangle the knots together. Grounded in Feminist Multicultural Therapy, I practice trauma-informed, culturally attuned, identity-affirming care for those navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and belonging.
What We Might Work On Together
Every story is different. Here are a few things clients often bring into the room.

What I Tend To
Bring Into Sessions
Rooted in cultural humility and relational justice, FMT centers empowerment, consent, and the sociopolitical context of each client’s lived experience. It honors the wisdom you carry and the intersecting identities that shape your healing.
IFS invites us to explore and care for the many “parts” within us without judgment. With curiosity and compassion, we create space for healing old wounds, softening protective strategies, and cultivating inner harmony.
EFT supports emotional attunement, secure connection, and relational healing. Whether working with individuals or couples, this approach helps you identify and shift core emotional patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is used to explore how our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact—especially when patterns of self-doubt, worry, or overwhelm arise. When emotions feel intense or difficult to manage, we might tap into Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which offer tools for grounding, emotion regulation, setting boundaries, and improving relationships. Together, these approaches support both insight and action, helping you feel more resourced in the moment, more connected to “self-energy,” and overall present in life.
ACT helps us soften the grip of self-judgment, reconnect with values, and move toward what matters, even when it’s hard. Through mindfulness and self-compassion, we build psychological flexibility and create space for growth.
Somatic work bridges the wisdom of the body with the stories we carry. Using mind-body bridging and gentle nervous system techniques, we restore regulation, deepen self-awareness, and support trauma recovery from the inside out.
Mindfulness helps us return to the present moment, especially when life feels overwhelming. We use grounding practices to anchor awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect with your inner capacity for change.

Special Area of Focus
Perinatal Mental Health
This season can feel tender, overwhelming, and full of questions. Whether you’re navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, or loss, you don’t have to do it alone. We’ll hold space for your changing body, identity, and relationships with care that’s culturally responsive and emotionally grounded.
Between stillness and movement, there is meaning.
If this way of working resonates, let’s talk.
I am here for you.
Ready whenever you are.
